UK Dentistry at Turfland

Worst worst place ever they women at the front desk loves to hang up on people and show her self. They made a comment to my step daughter that she was going to sit on her phone and break it. The nurse has lots of comments behind her back about her weight. The dentist doesn't even come to the room you deal with the the nurses more then anything they left a hole in my daughter mouth and a piece of her gum hanging I had to take her else where to have it removed worst office ever I will never recommend this play for any teeth work please if u want health beautiful teeth's be no judgement or weight comments please don't go here. Not to mention I had to call 15 times to get ahold of any one I will not do business with these people ever ever again

Edit: everything went great I guess with my anxiety I felt like I was over thinking things. The nurses did great. But I will not change my mind about the people at the front desk. The Burnett was just rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Soon as I walk in talking about how she got into it with a Patient. And the way she talks to people just seem rude. Not to mention I called 2 times to ask questions and she would hang up on me. The women with gray hair I believe was very nice at the front desk.

Extremely rude receptionist Call to make an appointment and requested a $500 down payment. Zero compassion would not recommend UK

Dr. Dominguez, oral surgeon, and her assistant were very nice. For some reason my script was not available when I went to my pharmacy that evening. My main issue is with the phone system, I tried calling about my meds and the phone rings on and on and it's nearly impossible to get hold of anyone. They really need to upgrade their phone system, it's incredibly frustrating. Terri the nurse did call me back and she was very helpful.

Waited for months to establish primary care just for them to tell me the week of my appointment that my insurance provider has reached max capacity for their location and that their doctors were all out of office that week. So you’re going to make me wait for 1/4th of a year just to tell me to buzz off. Really fantastic services. Would give 0 stars if possible.
