Audubon Dental & Implant Center

This was not my first visit at Audubon Dental. Previously, I had enjoyed this place because it felt safe and I liked the hygienist and Dr. Steele. My past cleaning in December did not go as expected. It felt like I was being Nickel and Dimed for a treatment that was not necessarily 100% needed/required, as my case was not that serious. After I refused the expensive “specialty” cleaning, I was disappointed at the “cleaning” I received. I did not receive an actual polish of my teeth, but just a scraping and flossing. To have to shell out $45 post-insurance, I was not impressed. My experience really made me not want to come back. It felt like I was being sold these treatments for something that was not as serious. It made me feel like a dirty, unhygienic human. I was constantly being asked if I was okay, and if anything was going on. To be honest, I didn’t owe them a response even if there was something going on in my personal life.

The dental staff is phenomenal! However, the acting manager can be quite rude. I’ll never leave the practice unless I have to because the care you receive is amazing. They take time to explain everything they are doing and try their best to make things affordable. I do wish they would make their confirmation policy more known (since theirs is different than any place I have ever been to) and that the acting manager was more willing to solve issues instead of ignore them

I had a very short wait and was surprised when I was called to go to the back and get my implant professionally taken care of. I had needed someone to do it correctly and now I don't have to worry about it anymore! I would recommend Audubon Dental doing anything needed. Thanks so much

Great dental office! The hygienist Abby is awesome, definitely the best cleaning I’ve ever had! Dr. Steele did a fantastic job giving me my smile back!
