The nicest most professional staff I have encountered. The office staff were very kind. The Dentist and assistant were so kind caring and informative about plan and options. To be blunt it was my fist time there but I was treated as if I were related to everyone there. I had 21 teeth pulled with next to no pain. I recommend this place to anyone that needs any service they offer. I couldn’t thank them leaving because I couldn’t talk but I hope that leaving a 5 star review will be my way of saying thanks. I felt transported back in time when folks were much kinder to one another. Thanks very much and look forward to going back.

Staffing was very friendly and professional. I like the way they take time to make sure the dentures fit and you are satisfied, I also thank them for letting you be able to come back and fix them if you have places tgat pinch or hurt. Great job, and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I came in August and my paper wasnt sent to my insurance until a month or 2 later . I had to call my insurance to see if it was sent and it wasnt. So I had to redo my mold. And also the 2 ladies thats at the front desk are very rude. I was told I was yelling and I wasnt even raising my voice I was at work at the time at uk and I was around my Co workers so I told her ma'ma im.not yelling g im around my coworkers and boss. Also when you call your put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes everytime.yes I know things get busy but everytime is crazy. I love the business just not the the 2 ladies at the desk there disrespectful and think its cut .

I received a pair of the economy dentures a full set about 24 years ago.from the Richmond location I still have my upper plate. I’ve never had to use any adhesive or anything like that on it. They still fit great. They are definitely worn down as far as the tooth goes after 24 years of great use. I went today because I needed at least a bottom plate. I decided to get a full set so they would match and I would actually have better teeth than what is in my mouth Currently. my daughter passed away two years ago and I lost over 100 pounds in three weeks. I took my bottom plate. out in my sleep and my friend had her dog there while we were sleeping. Her dog ate my teeth (not my homework.) Yes you heard me correctly my teeth lol I can laugh about it now I cried then I’ve had to go for two years without bottom teeth because of insurance reasons, and then troubles of my own making. But today the ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out I am forever grateful for those ladies they don’t have any idea how much that helped me before that happened to me, no one ever seen me without my teeth, not even my children. Now I have no choice but for people to see me without my bottom teeth, so it’s very embarrassing and I’ve had to deal with it for two years those two ladies is going above and beyond to help make a picture of my insurance card because I haven’t received my cards yet and payment is expected when services are rendered which makes perfect sense to me they were very very helpful and kind for them I am forever grateful it makes my heart happy to know that there are still people like them in this world .we live in a sick world and it makes you feel good to know that there are still people like those beautiful ladies that still exist Dr. Thompson was great as well. I’m looking forward to going to getting my dentures in two more days I can’t wait. It was well worth the time I had to sit and wait this morning. My appointment was at 8:30. I didn’t leave there until after12 but I’m sure I’m a lot happier, leaving than I was walking in They will forever have my business. Thank you all.

Front two ladies ,10 out of 10. Dentist 10nout of 10, his assistant just going to say I'll pray for her. Must have been going thru something, we never know, i was polite, tried to interact, due to nerves...that was shut down quick. Over all great place. Front ladies went above and beyond for me and my brother, will and have recommended to other family members and friends!!!
