The worst don’t have time to do anything for you told me to come at 12 o’clock for a cleaning and 1 o’clock for filling then they said they’re hygienist wasn’t there then they said they don’t have time to get my feelings even though I had a 1 o’clock appointment for filling, when you first go in, they take x-rays pictures. They suck up all your money and do nothing else. Will lie to you right in your face saying they would do your filling right then .and then all of a sudden telling you they don’t have time .she’s just after all easy insurance money by doing x rays and nothing else, Seems to me she doesn’t want people of color treat you like your nothing.I had an appointment for 12 o’clock and then I have one for 1 o’clock. They rushed me out at 12 o’clock and told me they didn’t have time.

Getting back into taking care of my dental hygiene with Dr. Gretchen Kinchen has been a truly enjoyable experience. The staff works seamlessly together and genuinely loves what they do. I had a few sensitive spots along my gumline that I was concerned about during the cleaning. Thanks to their excellent communication and attention to detail, my first visit was a positive one—and definitely not my last! Special thanks to dental hygienist Jenny, who worked her magic while ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. She checked in with me throughout the process, making sure I wasn’t jumping out of the chair. Her passion for her work truly shines through in the quality of care she provides. Trina and Melanie took the time to clearly explain how everything works, providing a detailed breakdown of costs upfront, which I really appreciated. And of course, a review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Dr. Kinchen herself. Before my appointment, she personally called to welcome me and walk me through what to expect on my first visit. During the exam, we reviewed each tooth together before she thoroughly assessed them, then mapped out a personalized action plan based on my goals. The experience felt personable and unhurried—never like I was being rushed to make way for the next patient. I highly recommend this office, and as strange as it may sound, I actually look forward to my next appointment!

I moved the community just over a year ago and have had an amazing experience at Dr. Kinchen's office. The team is very kind and competent. They have been responsive to my desire to have cleanings every four months versus six and have corrected some old fillings. Each of the assistants know "your story" and ask about family and work related events. The front desk is responsive and cheery and Dr. Kinchen is proficient and always has a smile and a laugh. The office is neat and clean and has some great KY decor! It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot and building. After being super attached to my dental office in Indiana for many years, it has been a super easy transition with a nice team.

Gretchen Kinchen is the best dentist that I've ever been to. Her team is incredible - they are the most positive and friendly group of ladies you'll ever meet. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 4 years before coming here, and this team has helped me transform my smile into something I was embarrassed of into something I can be proud of. Their judgement free atmosphere makes me feel like I can be honest about my teeth. I couldn't recommend this office enough!!

I have never been happier with a Dentist in my life! Dr. Kinchen and her team are fabulous, trustworthy, caring, and knowledgeable. I trust that the care I’m getting is what I need and that I’m in good hands when I have procedures done. They have taken care of numerous cavities and crowns, dental cleanings, professional whitening, and clear correct. My mouth has never been healthier - I highly recommend this practice!
