Just wanted to say my experience was outstanding at this office! Denise was exceptional as well as the entire staff. Even after a rough morning they still handled me with care and smiles. Thank you! Definitely recommend and they accept all kinds of insurances and I have always been treated great.

VERY RUDE and I highly do not recommend. The staff told me to be more positive when I came out of town to bring my mom to her appointment, I had PT/OT for a solid 2 hours before her appt due to a brain injury, all the way to her scheduled appointment, and THEY had not got the pre-approval first resulting in ANOTHER rescheduled appointment. I have never dealt with a professional medical office that scheduled and kept appointments without getting the pre-authorization first AND without notifying the patient before they showed up for their appointment out of town. Good thing I had restraint for my mom's benefit.

The 1 star is solely for Dr. Adkins employees. They are always so nice and professional. Then you meet Dr. Adkins. Rude, unprofessional, and demeaning to lgbtq+ partnerships. My partner and I were at her office today and not only did she have us waiting 2 hours past our appointment time, but she looked at my partners teeth for less than 5 minutes and told her that cleaning would take too long and she would need to reschedule…although her appointment was for a cleaning! No respect for patients time as this was the second attempt at getting a cleaning, she decided to take off 2 weeks ago for a vacation and rescheduled our prior appointment that had been scheduled for months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hello, I just had a very sore tooth and Dr. Adkins took me in and pulled the infected tooth. She is very people friendly and enjoys seeing her patients. Also for you men out there Dr. Adkins is quite beautiful. Honestly she's great. Check her out.

I was referred for a broken front tooth and In so much pain . Multiple X-rays were taken but no treatment was done to get me out of pain or even help with my appearance of not wanting to smile. Bedside manners were very bad . I was reffered to uk for extraction instead of taking the time to help my pain . Thank goodness I found someone to help me the following morning . Now I’m out of pain and have my smile back . I will not be returning ❤️‍🩹
