Always a great experience! Everyone is friendly and pleasant from the second you walk through the door. You are always greeted by name and they treat you like an old friend. Amber was my hygienist and she is fabulous! Great explanations of all procedures. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite but they do an incredible job making sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and I’m *suuuuper* picky about dentists. The staff are super timely, kind, and informative. They’re not interested in doing any work that doesn’t absolutely need to be done, which is a huge must for me. And they had marshmallow flavored toothpaste that was *glorious* Cannot recommend this practice enough and so thankful to have found them!

I was very pleased with the receptionist when I walked in she was apologetic about not being able to get in touch with me she left me a text message but I did not look at my phone so I did not know that she had done that but I was not able to get anything done because my insurance is an EPO and you do not take EPO so I would have to pay the full amount on the work that I want done so I told her that I would talk to my wife and decide on what I want to do but your receptionist was very nice and she even told me to come back that they would like to have my business.

This was my first visit to Beaumont Dental Assiciate clinic. The staff was very attentive and kind. My dental problems were explained to me in detail and clearly. I highly recommend this clinic with very professional staff.

I went here today to get my wisdom teeth out and the experience here was truly awful. I have gone here for my dental cleanings for around a year and have been recommended by this dentist and previous dentists to get my wisdom teeth out, though they were not causing pain. When scheduling the appointment, I was not told I needed a consultation, so I did not schedule one. Thus, I had no prior knowledge about what the experience would be like. I was also given no pre-op instructions, so I had no idea what to do to prepare. We called the office the day of and they said I should’ve been called (I wasn’t) or texted (I wasn’t). When I got to the office, Dr. Piepgrass chose to say “Are you scared?” And when I told him I was, he responded “You should be.” As someone who has never had a surgery or any medical procedure, even a cavity filling, this was quite literally the opposite of what I needed to calm my nerves when I was already nervous. This also completely goes against their “patient-centric approach” that they tout on their website. Also on the website, it says verbatim “every step explained, from consultation to recovery.” I was not given any explanation regarding the procedure before or during. He asked for my hand and started putting a needle without telling me he was putting in an IV. I was not told what was in the IV. He then laid me back, told me to open my mouth, and gave me a shot in my mouth. Immediately following this, he started to take my wisdom teeth out. There was no break for the numbing to take effect, so I felt it all. I was asked if it hurt, and when I said yes, he gave me an additional shot, but it was still not enough for me to not feel the pain. This was a demeaning experience for me, especially as someone who had no experience with any dental procedures, and I did not feel like I was treated with care or respect.
