I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dental office that truly sets the standard for excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff. The lady managing the front office is an absolute gem; her efficiency and friendly demeanor make the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The entire team at this office is simply amazing. They work together seamlessly, ensuring that patients feel supported and valued. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, which helps ease any dental anxiety you might have. Moreover, the dentist is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain procedures, answer any questions, and ensure that you understand your dental health needs. It's clear that they are genuinely committed to providing the best care possible. Overall, I cannot recommend this dental office highly enough. I have had several appointments at AMS dental. Most of them were good experiences. Today was not. The lady at the front desk said she checked me out. I asked her if I could schedule an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. She wrote me down for July the 20th 2026. My appointment today was 1/15/26 @ 12:00. But I did not get my teeth cleaned. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday January 6th 2026 at 11 am over the phone. I was at the food Bank when I did that. When I showed up for my appointment that day, the lady said that she could not see my appointment on her end. So she scheduled an appointment for me. A man walked in after I did and said he had an appointment. I’ve had good reviews for every visit I’ve been there. But not this time.

Dr. Shalash has been my dentist for many years. He is an amazing dentist and the staff has always been very accommodating and professional. I suffered a minor accident and needed to see him. They explained everything clearly and the service was top notch from start to finish. I recommend him if you are looking for a good dentist.

I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, then the phone began to ring again and then I got hung up on. I'm a god-fearing man and I don't know the reason why I was hung up on; I will look at it as that it's gods why of telling me this place isn't for me, then again maybe it was just a fluke. My point is we all have a choice, and no matter how that choice works out we have to live with it. Theres only been one that was ever perfect. When we are mad, we want to be heard, but when you hurt someone's feelings or your rude then nobody listens. Now what I'm going to do is move on, I'm not going to continue to be mad and or vengeance, if I'm supposed to come here God will put me back here. There are solutions to every problem. Update: To whom it may concern (Owner), I'd like to share my apologies for the unfortunate circumstances that which affected your business and internet & switch boards. As I said, I am a God-fearing man and that I also work very hard at not making judgement, that also means lying. I could not in good good conscience give anything higher than what I did. I didn't give the rating because of your business, I gave it for the rating on service. Which I felt was fair, not because of the hang up but what little information your operator's gave. I called looking for information about dentist facility. One of the questions I asked was if you was taking new patients, your website said you was, your operator said you weren't until December. Which then led to more questions, but what got me put on hold and the hang up, was because I asked how I could get a calling list when you started excepting new patients. She informed me in December, I took a shot in the dark and asked, " Can I set an appointment for December?" Her reply was yesterday, I was out on hold and then the hang up happened. My post was more towards the people that had a bad experience at your office. I was more then less telling them that at the end of the day the choice was there's and nobody else's. I feel bad you would have read my review with an eminently fair I believe you would have understood what my review was based on. I've never been at you're dentistry so for me to give it a higher review than I did, I would have felt like I was being dishonest. Sometimes, we approach things with negativity already in our hearts and I think that's what you did with my post. I now feel and believe your argumentative. I'm sad for that because I truly was considering calling back, but I think it's best I find someone else.
