I am not sure what I expected, but my first visit was very informative. Dr Stapleton shared his knowledge of the processes and steps and care that go into taking care of his patients. He annd Casey explained from the beginning what happens at each step of receiving dental implants. I was very happy with my first visit. Dr Stapleton and his staff were great!

Today was my first visit at Identity Dental Studio who are getting me ready for my upcoming surgery for Squamous Cell Carcinoma and im not going to lie I was nervous at first. As soon as I walked in the woman at the front desk offered me a drink and she was super polite and helpful. Im sorry...dont remember her name. I saw Casey next and she was kind, empathetic and very patient with me. Dr. Stapleton is a blessing and im so thankful for everyone. I am grateful to have this team of people handling my care and definitely would tell anyone to go to Identity for all dental care. Exceptional team of people.

Dr Stapleton and the employees of Identity Dental are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure of Knowing. I started on a very difficult dental journey with several issues and surgeries. My previous dentist had NO plan to achieve my dental needs and not interested. Thank you I was reluctant to switch to Dr Stapleton but in return he understood what I needed to get the Great Smile only he could give me !! He is a Five star dentist plus now a Friend! Highly recommend for your dental needs. He made a plan and told me his expectations and what he could achieve. The calm atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door gave me a more comforting feeling of any other dental office I've ever been to. It took me a long time to find the right doctor to do my implants. Unlike any other it did not immediately start trying to "sell". Doctor Stapleton took time after examination to sit and actually discuss with me my options for treatment. His entire staff is amazing. From Doctor to reception by far surpasses anywhere I've ever been. God saved the best for last in helping me find the right Doctor. I just want to thank Dr. Stapleton for his patient and caring treatment and for having the best team he probably could have ever found.
