Tub Doctor

Mr. Kent, the Tub doctor, does fabulous work and is most pleasant to work with. I had a broken place on my shower about 15” x 16” and he found a way to make it look beautiful without replacing the whole shower. The detail of his work is exquisite. I highly recommend him. Added later: unfortunately I have to add that he did not clean up. The white stuff that got on his shoes he tracked on my wood floors and all along my sidewalk, and he left the dust from cutting sheet rock and cultured marble for an 83-year-old to either breathe or cleanup. I really liked him and his work, but the lack of cleanup has been a problem. He was quite expensive.

If I could leave no stars I would. Guy came in February and had to fix a hole and resurface my tub. Said I had 30 days or so on the fix and 1 year on the resurface. This recent cold cause the bondo he used to pop right off and bring the resurface with it. He did not sand prep or clean anything before wiping the bondo. Just wiped it on a clean, smooth surface. Which anyone who knows anything about bondo knows it has to have a scuff to stick to. So the bondo comes up and the resurface comes with it and I call 3 times with no answer or call back. I expected at the very least to have to pay for them to fix the hole right again but the warranty with the resurface should’ve still been in affect. Complete scam artist that do not care about the quality of their work. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Maybe the father knows what he’s doing but the son that came and did mine hadn’t a clue. $700 dollars wasted

Everything started out good but quickly went downhill after we started noticing flaking around both tubs. It didn't look like he prepped the surface very well because there are noticeable bits of grit under the coat. I had to reach out to the owner multiple times before we could get him to come out to observe our concerns. He claimed it looked like someone dropped stuff on it which I could understand if it were just a few places but not on the vertical sides and all around the entire tub on the edge doesn't add up to things being dropped on it. First he said he couldn't get the same kind of paint which is understandable. Then after a month without any response I had to reach out again. I told him all I needed was either a refund or for him to come back and fix it. He gave me the run around again that he was gonna get the paint and that he was gonna do right by us this time I made sure to set up a future appointment so we could all be expecting each other to resolve our issue. On appointment day no call or any check beforehand to make sure the appointment was still going to work. Don't recommend this company because it'll be you doing all the reaching out and you just get the run around on any phone call and there seems to be no responsibility left after he's got his money out of you.

Excellent and professional services at a reasonable price. My sinks, bathtubs, and showers look completely new. They went beyond and above their services, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to make their bathroom appliances look brand new.

We are amazed!!!They turned our ugly old porcelain tub into a thing of beauty. I have never been so surprised in my life. Phillip is great guy, and his team is very professional. We were so impressed. We are going to use them for a project on our main bathroom.
