Revitalize Hydration Therapy

I had a great experience at Revitalize Hydration Therapy in Flowood. Everyone there is kind and caring, and NP Lynn Thurman is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable. Clean, relaxing environment, and I felt better afterward. Highly recommend.

My wife was prescribed an Iron infusion and referred to this place. The day of the appointment for her infusion the office called and told her they needed to cancel her infusion, because she needed to complete an intake appointment first. 4 weeks later when she arrived for the first available intake appointment she was told that her appointment had been canceled, because she did not need an intake appointment. The staff of this office caused a 6 week delay in her treatment out of sheer ignorance and incompetence.

Was really good until the last day. They, SHE, was really rude from the start, stating we were late because we had to wait to check in because there wasn't anyone at the front desk. She got irritated at me because the beeper went off and when she came in, after I pressed the call button, it stopped on its on. At the end, we had to sit with it going off for almost 10 minutes while they joked and laughed down the hall before she came back in stating that "Everyone was going off." No apologies. Was not given a second blood pressure test, which is needed because I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant, and was not given any discharge papers.

The staff here is some of the nicest you’ll ever encounter: kind, helpful and always smiling…. Dr. Jo Deal has been my Infectious Disease physician for over 12 years and has always treated me with kindness, respect, integrity and used her vast medical knowledge to help me through the many ups and downs of my critical IG issues and chronic UTIs. Never in a hurry, she always is willing to listen to you, cry with you, or explain to you any questions or issues you are experiencing. I would recommend Dr. Deal 100% to anyone facing immune system disorders.

Megan was so friendly and made me comfortable. I enjoyed my visit. She also discussed what was going on in detail.
