I’ve been on home health care since December of last year. Pretty much being fed through a bag of nutrients(TPN) via a port in my chest and have had a few abdominal surgeries. From day 1, this company has bent over backwards to get everything I need to basically just live. From the staff that came every time I was in the hospital, to setting everything up when I finally went home after 83 days in the hospital, to the people who actually deliver my stuff weekly(who drive a lil over 2 hours each way) to the pharmacist(Keisha sp) I can not brag on this company enough. They ain’t in it to just make money. These folks actually care, especially Mrs. Keisha, the pharmacist. She gets me set up with my delivery every week and also checks on me when she calls. Most times people will complain and write reviews if something is wrong or something happens they don’t like, but never give credit where it’s due. These folks may never see this review and that’s ok. My reason for writing it is to help people who may be going through something similar to me and are looking for a company to go with for their supplies/needs. Now granted, there’s an infusion place here in town where I live but you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else. Infusion Plus is by far, second to none!!!

This place has been a haven for me and my wife. We are able to come here instead of the hospital for her treatments and the staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, well knowledged, polite, courteous, and very attentive. Answers all questions with ease, encouraged to contact for any issues if we have to do any treatments from home along with 24/7 oncall staff for emergencies. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone is wonderful here.

I absolutely loved the staff and the environment. The privacy of having my infusion in a room to myself was calming yet practical for my medical needs. If I have to have this procedure again, this would be the place of my choice.

Best place and the greatest staff. Super clean and always taking care of you... Great medical team and office staff. Can't say enough good things!
