The booking site advertises a 1-hour chemical peel for $250 and shows before-and-after photos featuring pigmentation darker than mine. Based on that information, I felt confident booking the service. However, my appointment lasted approximately 20 minutes, and I saw no visible results from the peel. I have had chemical peels in the past and understand that deeper treatments often require significant savings and planning. During my appointment, Lindsay mentioned she mixes her own acids. After the service, I reached out respectfully to express my concerns and provided photos of my results. Unfortunately, I was told I would need 2–3 additional peels at $250 each to achieve results. No resolution or corrective action was offered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I believe transparency about treatment strength, expected results, and realistic timelines is important so clients can make informed decisions. Please note I review all businesses I visit and she is a very sweet girl so I did not want to have to write this review.
