I have been coming to Beauty Body Contour for about a month and I have seen tremendous progress. I can feel the difference in my clothes and I have lost 3lbs of body fat. The Sauna is my favorite part!! You are absolutely drenched when you get out of your sweat session. You feel mentally clear and lighter. After a long week of work it’s just what I need! Lashonda is very professional and good at what she does. There is a bit of discomfort with the various treatments but nothing unbearable. This is not a overnight process but it works for me.

This was my first body ice wrap. Lashonda was amazing. She was very professional and explained every step before performing. She follows CDC guidelines to keep customers safe. I will definitely schedule another appointment.
