I feel so very comfortable every single time I come here. I am confident in the providers and I absolutely love the ambience. This is a very clean, organized and skilled environment full of competent and especially pleasant staff. This is my first pregnancy and I am elated to say that my expectations have been exceeded. I would recommend an establishment like this one to anyone looking. 5 stars!

Dr Carroll is so understanding and he cares. He came in the room and explained insurance and out of pocket before proceeding to go further. You will not get an MD that does that. The staff had me laughing and I love the environment. Definitely will be my new home.

Everyone at the center is always courteous & helpful. Suggestions for more services are especially beneficial. Having mammogram available in same office is helpful for someone with a busy schedule. Dr. Denney is a very kind physician. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a caring gynecologist!

This clinic does not even deserve a one star rating. They were supposed to do NOTHING more than a women's wellness and Dr. Mallette ran other tests I did NOT consent to. An employee, Kristy, decides to call and say "well you signed the financial form so its the same as consent". LOL. She has no clue. I have every phone call recorded, every office visit recorded as well as a photo of the code form from Oct 2025 clearly showing the procedures done that day and no where on that form was this specific test marked. They are taking advantage of people. No common courtesy to say "hey this was not normal, so the doctor wants to run tests" and let YOU as the patient decide. No, instead they just run whatever tests they want and bill you for it. Also, watch out for procedures. I was VERY upfront with this doctors nurse saying I can not financially afford the procedure if it is not 100% covered by insurance. I have messages from clinic saying "you will owe $57 the day of the procedure". I paid this and at check out asked the lady if the rest was 100% covered by insurance so I will not get a bill and she said YES, the rest is fully covered (remember, I have this RECORDED). Then, a few weeks later I get over $400 in bills. If you do go, be prepared to get an attorney to handle bills for things you gave NO consent for!

I have never had a doctor to be so determined to find out what was causing all of my symptoms. Dr. Shannon Carrol was very professional and I would recommend anyone to see him. He stayed by my side through all the testing and then explained everything that was discovered before I left. He is a great doctor.
