Me and my daughter came to get lip fillers in 2026. The moment we stepped in the vibe was not a welcomed one. The girl at the front desk smiled and we had a seat. We we did paperwork after they used someone’s hotspot to get internet access. Then we were sat in massage chairs. We waited about 15 minutes and someone came to tun them on. When we finally got to the service the lady didn’t explain anything she just started injecting my 16 year old daughter. I asked her what kind of filler was she using and what was the plan. She asked if we had filler before and I stated yes and the type. She went back to injecting my daughter just wanted fuller lips. I showed her a picture of my filler I had done in Bali. She barely looked at the picture. I wasn’t happy at all. Long story short I’m left with 4 knots on my lips and me and my daughter have duck lips. I will be repotting to the BBB. And all social media pages they are on and word of mouth. I have yet to receive a receipt or before and after photos. I really thought I would be going back to try other services but not after this experience. I do not recommend this business. If they mistreat one person that says a lot. The owner should hire people that will protect the business and not cater to just friends. Bad business. Sad!

I had a wonderful experience at the wellness spa, and Alexis truly made it exceptional. From the moment the service began, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain the process, ensured I was comfortable throughout, and created a calm, relaxing environment. I left feeling refreshed, restored, and well taken care of. As someone who lifts heavy 4-5x week I love coming in to do the red light bed and cryo. The massage chair is hard to beat as well. Very clean and phenomenal staff!! Go check them out.

I went in there right after I had the flu still feeling blah. I got the Super Human IV and I feel so much better. Susan was my nurse and she was so nice.

The last service in July/august I had very pleasant service, but now the last two appointments I made the front desk has failed to booked the right service. And now I drove all the way from Gluckstad to made my appointment ON TIME, again no one approached me at the front desk and finally the ladies came out then had audacity told me the sauna not ready because they just turn it on so I have wait another 30 min. I made appointment based on my schedule and they don’t have any feeling / action to correct the mistake they made. Just said sorry bout that. I have wasted my time, my gas, to came all the way there to be treated like that. Terrible terrible service! Will NEVER COME BACK, treat the way you want to be treated!!!!
