Timeless Med at The Refuge

Came here for a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and I recommend not even wasting your time. The champagne and mimosas are not complimentary which is typically included in the price of massages. This was not communicated with us until check out. Also the drinks were served in disposable clear cups which is subpar for a spa. The massage therapists were great but it wasn’t the best massage I’ve had. Overall I will not be returning for another service

The staff were wonderful. I booked an appointment incorrectly online, and showed up for what I thought was my appointment. The owner and her team worked the schedule and worked me in. I was so thankful and enjoyed my relaxing few hours there.

10/10 the employees were very attentive to my needs and wants the spa anmenties were top notch and my therapist Angel Boyd is the best. At least once a month this day forward.

I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The amenities were top notch! The massage was the best I have ever experienced. The masseuse communicated great and truly knew what she was doing!

Angel, the massage therapist was amazing!!! I have never had a better massage. I will definitely be visiting Timeless Medical Aesthetics at the Refuge again. I got the regular Refuge massage. She worked out spots in my shoulder and neck area that I had never had worked on. Her technique was phenomenal. I left so relaxed and had no tension in my back at all. Slept like a baby. I also took advantage of the steam room afterwards to sweat out some toxins. Happy Valentine’s to me! The whole experience was fantastic.
