Rest Recovery is amazing!! Chris, Macy and Chas are so knowledgeable and helpful!! Chris is gifted…got me in the cold plunge (wont say how long…but he got me in which is huge for me!). The facility is welcoming and soothing and you immediately feel relaxed. Floatation and HBOT are providing me some relief after just a few sessions!! STOKED!! Thanks Chris!

Love love love! What a great service they provide. The saunas and cold plunge are so refreshing. The staff are all knowledgeable and helpful with guiding you through the process and talking you through a cold plunge when needed. My new favorite way to spend a Saturday.

ok so my 1st cold plunge an red-light experience. the sauna i had done before a decade ago. that experience to begin with, followed by the cold plunge For 6 minutes, It was challenging in my mind prior but Chris helped me get my head right for the experience. he explained why an what was taking place, So I didn't have to just experience it for myself. The fact that the 1st visit was on was a free walk through plus experience sounded like a no brainer an since that was why I was there, to find some clarity an betterment.. I took the plunge, so too speak. im booking my membership this week. plus I read this week that a sauna 3 times a week works miracles an im ready for one.. manifest positivity yall!

This is the best deal in Jackson for sauna, cold plunge and other self-care treatments. importantly, the charge for membership and use of all facilities is a fraction of the charge in other places. The owner, Chris, is a fantastic individual who really cares about health and his customers. The masseuse, Cara, is absolutely world class.
