Soul Spa

Soul Spa in Jackson, Mississippi is an incredible experience from the moment you walk in. The staff is genuinely kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for right away. My massage was amazing and exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely at ease. I also received a pedicure and truly enjoyed every part of it. It was unhurried, detailed, and very relaxing. The relaxation space is quiet, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unplug and unwind. This spa exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning again and again.

Received a gift card for my bday for this spa and I was excited but definitely a disappointing experience. The massage with Padre was phenomenal and he was so gracious and worked out every kink in my neck, i enjoyed the sauna and had a nice cozy robe..but dealing with customer service made the all the stress come back. To say this is a such a beautiful facility the customer service is seriously lacking. Firstly even booking the reservation was a headache I was told I could put it on a reservation only to be charged $67 on my debit card for a deposit. Ok no biggie...wouldve been nice to know that but I didnt worry about it. Whitney the manager did her best to explain what would go on and put the notes on reservation only to when checkout to forget she placed notes on it when I was done with my massage. Apparently the computer was acting weird and I left she assured me that a slight charge would happen to my card on file. So I left...only to see when I went home I got another $64 charge on my card. I immediately called back and another woman answered the phone...tried to explain but I wanted to speak with Whitney. When I asked her to have manager call me back the girl hung up in my face! Rude!! I called the Westin sales office and spoke to a nice lady named Nadia who immediately went to the spa and gathered Whitney. I explained to her what happened...she explained about the refund and the new charge but I was very disappointed in how deplorable the service was from the girl hanging up in my face. Again sweet Whitney did her best to appease the situation but at that point the damage was done. I will never visit this facility ever again. The people are running this place down and it shows. Customer service is no longer an art and its not worth the money.

Literally the best service there is in the metro! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and puts you in the exact relaxation you deserve 💙 get there an hour beforehand, and you get to take advantage of their services: sauna, showers, relaxation room, zen garden, and whirlpool. You can feel the caring and positive energy the moment you walk in. This place must be Jackson’s best kept secret because I can’t understand how I had never heard of it before! I highly recommend

I recently visited Soul Spa for the first time during a visit to Jackson and was happy to experience this type of spa in the area. It is inside of a hotel but has a separate entrance if preferred. The staff was courteous and attentive and very area of the spa was clean and very serene. The dressing room includes lockers, restrooms, showers, and a sauna. The robes and slippers were comfortable. I was able to relax in the relaxation room prior to and after my massage service where I was served tea and you can have light snacks (as well as order directly from the hotel bar/restaurant). Overall a great experience but the reason for my rating is that the massage room was very cold and thus not comfortable or relaxing. I alerted the masseuse who also agreed even mentioning that her hands would be cold because of it - when she checked the thermostat it was 65 degrees in the room (during a winter time visit to the spa). Although the massage table was heated I was nearly nude and thus very cold during the massage session. The masseuse attempted to change the temperature but it did not rise during my session.

Fantastic spa! Stephanie did wonders on my neck! The sauna and shower afterwards were really nice. There is a 22% fee tacked on in the fine print. And only a very small portion of that (18% of it) goes to your masseuse, so remember to tip on top.
