I had really high hopes for this place considering all the great reviews, but I left extremely disappointed. I booked online and selected Jenny, but my appointment was scheduled with Mimi instead. Everyone was friendly when I arrived, and I explained to Mimi that I prefer thick brows. She kept repeating “thin,” and after some back-and-forth, another staff member came to confirm that I did in fact say thick. The waxing itself seemed fine, but then Mimi swiped her finger across my brow and again said “thin.” That was my first red flag. After the tint, my brows were still thinner than I wanted, but I figured I could work with it. The next morning, however, the tint had completely worn off and to my horror, much of my natural brow hair was gone. It took me 20 minutes just to try to fill them in. When I returned that day, I explained what happened and asked for at least a refund on the tint since it didn’t even last 24 hours. I believe I spoke with Jenny. Instead of acknowledging the problem, I was told it was my fault for not following proper aftercare. I’ve had my brows waxed and tinted for years, so I know how to care for them. When I pushed back, she changed the excuse, saying maybe my brows were thin to begin with. I even showed her a picture of my naturally thick brows, but she dismissed me and only offered to tint them again for free. How does tinting hair that’s barely there fix my problem? Throughout the conversation, she came across very agitated and extremely dismissive. What was supposed to be a $35 service ended up costing me closer to $70 after having to buy new products to fill in my brows. To make matters worse, I later received a text saying I would be refunded, only for the message to be edited afterward to store credit only instead. By then I was completely over it, so I simply replied “thank you” and moved on. I left very upset and have no intention of returning. The only reason I’m giving one star is because Mimi seemed genuinely sweet, and I don’t believe she intended for this to happen. I wish I had the positive experience so many others describe. For anyone considering this place, be aware that if you are unhappy with your results, you may be left out of money and frustrated with little resolution. I’ve included reference pictures of how my brows would normally look after a wax and tint versus how the most ridiculous looking brow I now have looks after leaving here. Edited to clarify a few points after the owner’s response: 1. The website does not indicate when the person you request is unavailable before completing the booking. This is concerning, especially since there’s no visible option to cancel if you don’t get the provider you selected. 2. I acknowledge that there may have been some miscommunication; however, as I mentioned, another staff member came to confirm my preference for thick brows and yet, my brow hairs were still over-removed. 3. Regarding the photos I posted: both were taken the day after a fresh wax and tint, with no added makeup. The only difference is the person who performed the service. To further illustrate, I included an additional picture showing how those exact same set of brows looked with makeup, demonstrating how full they usually are. 4. While I’m not an aesthetician, it’s common knowledge that removing too much brow hair, especially through waxing or tweezing, creates a visibly thinner appearance. That’s exactly what happened here. 5. Although an attempt was made to rectify the situation, the dismissive and agitated attitude I encountered when I calmly brought up my concerns left a lasting impression. Given that experience, I would not feel comfortable returning. I do appreciate that the business responded publicly so others can see the lack of accountability for themselves. Once again, I encourage anyone considering this place to proceed carefully and make an informed decision.

Loved my experience. My brows are teaaaaa and Jenny was so sweet and accommodating. The two hour drive was worth it . I’ll definitely be bck .

I love the fact that they fixed my manly-looking feet in a way that looks more feminine🥹. I never take care of my nails/toe nails since I work a lot. Today was my first pedicure in a loooong time. First step is taken! Nice attention, good service and prices are quality-fair. Definitely coming back to this place.💗

Absolutely love Jenny! She does amazing work, you will not be disappointed. So happy with my brows! If you are thinking of booking, just do it!
