The owner is incredibly lovely and professional, her space is clean and well managed. I have been getting my eyebrows laminated for years. This was my first time seeing Anna, I was hesitant at first because I don't often trust new people with my eyebrows, but based off a good recommendation I decided to give it a try. And I am very glad I did. She did an incredible job. I love them! Thank you!

I had a scheduled appointment Sept 1, Thursday, 2:30pm (2-in 1 lash/brow appointment) at The Beauty Lab/owner name Marianna Flowers). She text me at approximately 1:35pm asking could we move my appointment to 3. I text her back stating “will 3 be a good time for you?” Marianna text me back “yes.” I text her at approximately 2:59pm stating I’m 5 minutes away. Once I arrived to her business, I text her stating I’m outside,Do you want me to enter the building?” Marianna never responded to my text. I immediately called her at least two times. She didn’t answer my phone calls. Marianna literally ignored my texts & calls. I yet haven’t spoke to her or received a text from Marianna. Her booking requires 50% deposit of the service you paying to receive. I paid her $84.50 when I rebooked my appointment on Monday 8/29/22. My first appointment was booked for August 27, 2022 at 3:30pm. Marianna sent me a text at 2:55pm stating that she wasn’t feeling well & she would have to cancel/ possibility reschedule my appointment. Mind you my appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm, very short notice to cancel my appointment. I text her back to cancel the appointment & refund my deposit. She refunded my first deposit of $84.50 that same exact day on 8/27/22 Saturday. I decided to reschedule ( which was a bad idea!) Again, Marianna provided no service. This time she hasn’t communicated nor has she refunded the second deposit of $84.50. I also messaged her on social media (IG and Facebook). Marianna has not responded to me at all. This has been a very bad experience for me. I don’t know why she agreed to perform a service from a business aspect and taking innocent people money like myself. I trusted and paid her for a service that she did not provide. At this point, I believe Marianna Flowers d/b/a The Beauty Lab is a Scammer! All this happened 2 days before I go on vacation! I’m very upset, disappointed & distracted by this bad customer service! I wish I could have gave her no stars! If you do not want your money taken and bad customer service DO NOT BOOK THIS BUSINESS!

Let me first say I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling my appointment and paying a deposit. However, I have been following this ladies work for a while but I am a business owner myself and could never make time to schedule. Then finally, I did. I drove a little over an hour to get there only for no one to be there, I called several times, left a voicemail, and messaged her Instagram. 3 days later she refunded my deposit without saying one word. No apology, nothing! Had she at least apologized for the inconvenience I would have never written this review. A lot of people wonder why their business is not supported, this is why. It’s a shame that all of the reviews are saying the same thing. You need to either do better or shut down. I could easily share my experience on social media, but I’m not going to tear another business down however I do hope she learns from this before someone else does. Be careful! Just because her work is pretty on Instagram doesn’t mean she has good business ethics.

My brows and lashes have never looked better! Excellent customer service, professional, prompt, clean, and relaxing. Working from 8 to 5 makes it hard to find someone to do these services, but she has appointments that accommodates my work schedule. I love it!

First experience was great but when I booked again she didn’t show up and gave me another appointment but set it for the wrong day and never texted me back. They also never refunded me my deposit back for a mistake that THEY made. The handling of that situation was extremely unprofessional so I wouldn’t recommend getting beauty services done here.
