5+ stars overall experience. From the moment I walked in the door, Nycole made me feel like we were best friends. She is so welcoming and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and did just that. She is a true artist and took her time do make sure my lashes were perfect. I had a mishap (by no fault of hers) and needed correcting. She made sure I was in there within 2 days to have fixed. Can't wait to go back and maybe try an additional service as well. That microblading and lip tint is so tempting.

Nycole is the absolute best. Not only are the lashes beautiful but she just has the best spirit with a little sass that will just make your day. I highly recommend you get in to see her and improve your life and happiness :)

I booked my first appointment expecting a professional experience, but unfortunately my appointment started over 30 minutes late. She did let me know after arrival she was running behind. There was no attempt to accommodate the delay. As a first-time client, this felt inconsiderate of my time. When clients are expected to be on time, the same courtesy should apply. Punctuality and client care was the reason I was seeking a new lash tech, and based on this experience I wouldn’t return. Difficult to find lash techs who value their clients time.

I came in expecting to get lash extensions and they said that I would probably prefer lash lift and tint because I have I have long lashes I didn’t believe them until I saw the finished results. WOW 🤩 just wow. I told her when I walked in I wanted natural like I was wearing mascara and what she did is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING. Thank you Mrs Nycole
