Polles Dental

It took them almost a month to get my crown and nearly pulled my tooth trying to get the temporary one off and when I got my EOB from insurance, they overcharged me $117 and promised a refund that I never received.

Recently moved to the area, and I’m so glad I found Polles Dental!! The entire team is friendly and helpful. Services and facilities are top notch! Highly, highly recommend!!

They do a great job of cleaning but a terrible job with bookkeeping. My last appointment was October 12, 2023; I received a voicemail from them on August 18, 2025 saying that I owe them $815. Once I showed Polles Dental the receipts on August 19, 2025 dating back to 2021- they supposedly cleared my account. I received another email on August 25, 2025 that I still owe them money. I really hate changing my review from a 5 star to 1 star but Polles Dental needs to get their affairs in order.

I recently moved to the Jackson area from out of state, and wanted to prioritize finding healthcare- related offices. Polles Dental came highly recommended via word of mouth, and all I can say is I was not steered wrong. Megan was very thorough and really took her time on my much overdue cleaning. I am extremely pleased with this office and thankful I found Polles Dental on the first try rather than shopping around.

We are new to the area and needed new dentist. They have been kind, and great to work with! We love being with them and look forward to continuing our relationship.
