Overall awesome experience. The only thing I would change is that all patients are in an open room together during treatment. My daughter is autistic so it makes it a little uncomfortable being in a room full of people all at one time, but especially people she’s never met doesn’t know. Also, in my opinion, it takes away from the patient privacy when undergoing treatment; and/or discussing treatment, medical history, etc.

This staff is simply AMAZING. They create such a welcoming and comfortable environment for children. I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old that actually look forward to their semiannual appointments! Tray & Acadia were very kind and helpful! We love Dr. Howell. Thank you Mississippi Smiles for always taking such great care of us!

One of the best Dentist office in the area for children. The staff is very friendly and professional. I took two of my nephews for their annual clean up, and they usually never want to go to the dentist. However, the staff worked so well with them and they enjoyed their visit. They were even given small toys after their visit. I highly recommend Mississippi Smiles to anyone looking for a children dentist.

Olivia the back house manager, Tray the assistant and Dr.Crenshaw were amazing. They were able to get my son in for an appointment the same day after calling around all day. They were very kind and patient with my son! It’s hard to find great customer service we will be returning!
