Brandy was very kind and friendly! She was still getting settled in her new space, but my facial was great. It even helped calm down a pimple I could feel brewing! My skin felt nourished and refreshed at the end, looking forward to my next facial.

I bought a package of 3 facials. The worst experience ever!!! The 1st facial Brandy was 15 minutes late and my facial was only 35 minutes and her bed is extremely uncomfortable. The 2nd facial was the same timeframe. She asked to do a microabrasion add-on for $60. I told her when I was checking out to just use this amount for the 3rd facial and we will call it good. She said she was unable to do that. After many attemps to schedule the 3rd facial, I asked for a refund. She kept insisting I had 3 facials and when I asked her what date my 3rd facial was, she gave me a date I was actually out of town. Then she said she was not able to give refunds. Would not recommend Brandy and will also be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau!

This was a horrible experience for me. There was one good thing. The facial felt nice and felt good for me but the waxing was TERRIBLE! They didn’t get all of the hairs for Brazilian wax and for my face wax you can look at the photos. It was so bad they left cuts and burn marks I believe. Also they reused the HAIRY part of the strips over and over again! I should’ve left but it was only my second experience doing a wax and so I wasn’t sure but I did my research some more and they aren’t supposed to do that! I’ll post pictures of some of the damage but I wouldn’t go here for a wax. Their facial was nice but do NOT go here for a wax! Ever!

Brandy gave me the most amazing facial, I was so relaxed and comfortable the whole time. And this morning my skin looks even better!! The results on my chin where my breakouts are is insane improvement!

I was here today for facial & nose waxing. She is great & the atmosphere is very relaxing. I do like supporting local small businesses when I can. I'll definitely be back!
