I found this provider professional, quick to remedy my issue. Very personable staff, felt cared for. My urologist urologist,Dr Gloweki, was so reassuring and what a refreshing difference to the clinic I was going to. Highly recommend this provider for your needs.

Dr Wild is a good and compassionate Dr but if you use a wheelchair and need an ultrasound.,the person doing the test will not accommodate you staying in your wheelchair for the test as other radiology centers or clinics will do. They would not attempt saying “the bed could not be moved”. You have to be able to transfer yourself or bring someone with you who can handle a difficult transfer. The Iowa Clinic radiology has always accommodated doing ultrasound in the wheelchair.

My husband was referred here. Just scheduling the first appointment was ridiculous - didn’t get calls back. Finally had first test run then had MRI completed on 1/6. Obviously needing an MRI suggests they need further information. Scary stuff. Report from MRI was posted the same day! Husband has left 2 messages after not hearing from Dr and still nothing. The issue he’s having and results seem concerning but obviously this practice doesn’t see the importance of explaining the results or what the treatment may be. We sit waiting and wondering. Will be sending report elsewhere as we can see already either how little they care or how poorly they do business.

Never go to this office! Read all the 1 star reviews like mine, and you will see a reoccurring issue. This clinic has TERRIBLE communication problems with very unprofessional staff, that will not return your calls, even if they are for an urgent medical problem. Mercy West uses this office as a referral for Urology, and that's a shame! This office is without a doubt the worst medical clinic of any kind, that I have ever experienced in my 57 years. Good luck if you're going here for any reason. You're going to need it!

I brought my father in after hearing about this place. The clinic is nice (once you find it) nurses, doctors and other staff were kind and professional. He was impressed and plans on continuing his care with this group.
