Iowa IV Ankeny

Today I had a wonderful experience when giving Iowa IV a try. I was immediately greeted by Jeff when I walked in the door. Jordan immediately helped me get checked in, pick out my IV package, and tell me about the promos going on. Gracyn was so knowledgeable when giving me my IV, explained everything throughly, and made me feel right at home. Each and every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and the most professional. Amazing customer service! I’ll be back soon!

The two ladies today were great. Helped reschedule a consultation that was missed from first visit. They also gave me a bag with items in it that was not received on the first visit. Greatly appreciated.

Jordan at the front desk has such a magnetic personality, she’s the best. I’ve been to multiple locations as well and have had nothing but a great experience every time. The nurses are amazing and I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in. Thank you all! 😊
