My wife recently went to the store and was poorly treated by a worker wearing overalls that day. All the other employees were very sweet, attentive, and patient. But there was one worker in particular that was just extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and impatient with my wife. I understand we all might have bad days, but her attitude was uncalled for, and my wife felt so uncomfortable after this experience. We don’t normally go to this Ulta and this experience reinforced why we don’t. Whoever that worker is, needs to be better trained, and have better management skills, as she was snappy, rude and unprofessional.

Rude employees, dirty store, and poorly stocked shelves. I visited on 9/12/25 and was disappointed to see how bad this location is. They greet you when you walk in, then ignore you when you want to check out/pay. The shelves in the aisles I walked were filthy, and had visible dust and dirt buildup. There were entire sections of shelving that were empty. Staff were dismissive when I asked questions about offers on the products I was buying at checkout and were rude throughout the process. From what I experienced, they only care to serve you if you walk in with a full face of makeup on. Definitely won’t be back after this experience. Ulta stores are always welcoming and incredibly well kept. This location is definitely the exception to that.

I went to this Ulta to get my hair done and colored. I paid 160 dollars just to leave with my hair looking the same as I walked in. My hair was supposed to be like a caramel color but it looked like it was darker than my natural hair color it was black. The ladies who did my hair also didn't blow dry it so I left with my hair wet. I came back before 30 days and asked her if she could give me a refund, but she rudely said no and said I would have to pay again way more and do the same thing.

I purchased a high-end makeup brush, which regrettably began to show signs of deterioration merely six months after my purchase. Given my extensive experience of over 20 years in the industry, I anticipated a product of superior quality. I retained the receipt and endeavored to return the item; however, the store denied my request for an exchange, despite the apparent defects in the brush. Consequently, I find myself disinclined to make future purchases from this establishment. Furthermore, I would like to clarify that my previous message was not regarding a return, but rather an exchange for a defective item—a $50 makeup brush that was deteriorating. Based on my extensive experience in the industry, this qualifies as a faulty tool that should be eligible for an exchange. Regardless of your return policy, the condition of the item merits reconsideration.

I went to this store to get assistance with concealer Devin was amazing. Very patient and did a tutorial on me. I purchased. Very satisfied. Went back and Richie helped me with blush he also did a tutorial and I purchased. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.
