Jake and Maddie at Back in Action are the best! They have a unique philosophy about wellness, and both of them see patients as people with unique needs and lifestyles. No visit with either of them is the same, they always cater to my needs, whatever they may be at the time. Maddie helped me through my last pregnancy with stretching and massage, and Jake used KT Tape to help keep everything well supported. Since then they have both helped me with neck pain. My job is hard on my shoulders and neck, and I depend heavily on the use of my hands. I make sure to see them regularly, and they keep me in working order. Visiting Back in Action Spine and Sport is definitely worth the investment in both of them and in yourself!

Maddie is incredibly attentive—she listened to my needs and adjusted her techniques to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session. The massage itself was just what I needed, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. I highly recommend Maddie and this amazing facility to anyone looking for not just a top-notch massage, but also all of the services they offer. You won’t be disappointed!

Got fortunate enough to have Maddie help me with my shoulder and back pain after a Crossfit competition. She was able to help me identify the source of my discomfort and while working on me, and was very considerate in asking me how I was handling the adjustment and accommodated accordingly. She was even nice enough to help me identify post care to maximize my recovery! I'd highly recommend seeing these guys as they know their stuff and are priced very competitively with fantastic care!

Have really enjoyed going to Back in Action for both Chiropractic help, as well as massage therapy. I’d been hesitant to see a Chiropractor after my first experience, but Jake has changed my mind. The sessions are half an hour and he incorporates some massage into it as well, helping me with both lower back and migraines. Maddie helped me with tension in my upper back and neck, and managed to really dig deep into the muscles. If you are hesitant, you are able to arrange a visit beforehand, to talk about your issues and what you are looking for.
