Central Iowa Dermatology

I have been going to Central Iowa Dermatology for about 2 years now. I started my journey with Ann who was caring and switching treatments when needed. She is no longer with the practice, so I now see Elizabeth who was able to seamlessly pick up where we left off. She is always willing to take the time to answer my questions and make me feel heard. Great experiences and results from her recommendations. I recommend Elizabeth to anyone who is needing a dermatology provider! I plan to continue my care with her for any derm need I may have!!

My daughter came to your office for wart removal. Betsy was great and explained everything so well. Allison was very friendly and pleasant. Our experience was awesome and will visit again for any skin-related problems.

Really disappointed in this clinic. I was referred from my PCP who practically sang praises of this clinic, and was basically shrugged off by the receptionist/scheduling lady who was pretty rude and unprofessional over the phone. If you have a need for care and work a day job, don’t expect to be seen here unless you can somehow manage to get out early. They refuse to see new patients any later than 330, and refuse to do new patient paperwork online. A little understanding and flexibility goes a LONG way when dealing with those who don’t get to make their own work schedules and finish their jobs at 4pm. Apparently the folks who run this place missed that memo, or at least their front desk/receptionist did.

Jody at this office was a huge help in helping me navigate a terribly awful problem with the insurance and their affiliation with Center Well Pharmacy. She was a huge help and helped me with things I could have never done on my own. She deserves a huge raise in my opinion!
