I frequent the Skin Body Soul in Ankeny and the staff is truly the best! Krystal is my go to girl, she is so knowledge and always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. In my most recent visit Erika helped me with several purchases and was very helpful and attentive. I would 100% recommend Skin Body Soul to a friend!

Skin Body Soul has lots of great packages. I purchased a laser hair removal package. I had a few issues with the woman who did my service (who is no longer there). I brought my worries to the attention of the clinic director, Cassie. She has gone out of her way to fix my frustrations and make it right. I would highly recommend Skin Body Soul. If you have had a poor experience, I highly recommend speaking with Cassie, I'm sure she will do everything she can to fix your issue. Very profession and clean facility.
