So happy Removery opened a location is Des Moines! I am continuing removal after a long hiatus, Annmarie and Carol were so kind and patient with me, as I am removing many on different areas of my body. It is quite painful but Carol was wonderful in making sure so was comfortable. First time getting a tattoo removed and must say that Removery covers all the bases and gives you grand slam service/human compassion. Specifically, Annmarie and Carol really meet you wherever you're at. For me it made all the difference. I know nothing of lasers or removal session requirements. It was all very interesting and Annmarie walks right along beside you during the intake. Everything is respectfully discussed without time constraints. Carol, an experienced nurse, makes you feel right at home in the laser room. There are no surprises as she is thorough in the explanation of the science behind it all. She is more than happy to answer any questions you may have and makes sure comfort and health are at the forefront of the process. They immediately felt like good family friends immediately upon walking in and on through to the end of the appointment.
