Lemon Massage Therapy and Skin Care and Head Spa

What a lovely experience! For my daughter’s birthday we booked her a 90 minute flower head spa with mini facial & I got the 75 minute regular head spa. What was so relaxing for me was the unexpected massage of my décolletage, neck, arms, and back. Oh so relaxing! Highly recommend and if it’s your birthday there is a discount too! Thank You Cici and Anna both did amazing!

We did a couples massage for our first time ever and absolutely loved the experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt calming and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was kind and professional, and we felt completely comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was amazing. You could tell they really knew what they were doing they worked through the tension and knots but still made it relaxing. We both left feeling lighter, refreshed, and honestly like we had new backs. Such a great first experience. We will definitely be coming back.

However, my concern was less about the wait itself and more about how the situation was communicated and handled, which created an uncomfortable environment and disrupted what had been a very relaxing experience. Regarding the discount, I understand that promotions change. However, as a customer, I relied on the information provided to me when I booked my appointment that same day. Being told afterward (without any attempt at resolution) that it was simply a mistake left me feeling dismissed rather than supported. I recognize this may not have been intentional, but it did impact how the situation felt in the moment. I appreciate your acknowledgment of these issues. That said, I wanted to clarify what the proposed resolution is, as your message mentioned a gesture but did not specify what that would entail and was left very open ended? *************** Ana, who did my head spa and facial, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so relaxed and pampered, and she was incredibly friendly and sweet. Truly a wonderful experience because of her. Unfortunately, the experience ended on a very uncomfortable note due to the owner/manager. I had a gift card that Ana was having trouble processing, so she called her manager (I’m assuming the owner). The call was unprofessional from the start—she stated she was driving and asked if the customer could wait, then loudly announced, “I’m almost home love… okay mama’s home now,” while we waited about 10 minutes for her to get home. Once on the phone, I asked whether the 15% discount for the service I booked had been applied. Earlier that day, when I scheduled my appointment, I was told that upgrading from the 60 minutes Signature spa to the 90 min “Petal Spa” service included 15% off. The owner immediately denied this, stating she has never offered a discount and repeatedly insisted it must have been a mistake, without any attempt to resolve the issue professionally. I didn’t argue further because I felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to put Ana in an awkward position. I paid and left, but the interaction completely took away from what had been a very relaxing experience. Ana was wonderful, and I would absolutely return for her alone—but the owner’s attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to handle the situation respectfully left a very bad impression.

First time to Lemon Massage and it was top notch! We did the harvest heart couples massage. Great ambiance, amazing staff and very reasonable prices! They also allow for easy appointment booking online as well as same day scheduling! We will definitely be back soon!

Just completed my first massage at Lemon Spa and it was incredible! CiCi did a fantastic job. She was very "intune" with how I was feeling and was very accurate at being able to pin point all of my problem areas! Thank you CiCi and thank you Lemon Spa!!
