Des Moines Reflexology

Been wanting to try for a while and finally made it in today for a hand & foot reflexology session and I was blown away by my fabulous experience! I rarely get pedicures because I would consider myself ticklish, but had zero issues with reflexology. Christine does a great job creating a safe and welcoming space, informing about what she’s doing and adjusting pressure, and best of all it left me with a deep sense of total body relaxation. Adding her to my regular rotation of bodyworkers!

I’ve been visiting Des Moines Reflexology for a little over a year and Christine is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a personalized approach at each visit.. her space is zen and tranquil, while her application is very gentle, yet precise.. Christine’s technique effectively relieves my tension and promotes whole body relaxation … I am grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my journey and highly recommend for anyone seeking benefits of reflexology, or just some self-care!

This is one of those things you kick yourself for waiting so long to try! Christine is a magician! I have been suffering from daily plantar fasciitis pain for at least two years, and after two sessions and the home exercises she gave me, I’m basically cured! The level of relaxation achieved during the sessions is unmatched, and I’ll probably keep going back just for that!!

I had the best reflexology session I have ever had with Christina. It was both relaxing and therapeutic. I had the pleasure of interacting with her prior to my appointment as we both did volunteer body work for those affected by a tornado in my hometown of Greenfield/rural Fontanelle. The environment was clean and professional. Christina is kind, compassionate and competent. Top notch!

Christine is an incredible healer! I was experiencing some major stress, and a reflexology appointment with her was deeply relaxing and centering. In addition to being a top-notch practitioner and healer, she is also very kind, professional and personable. I'll be going back to visit her as often as I can!
