Serendipity Spa

I have had facials on occasion in the past, beginning with one on a cruise. It was enjoyable. However. . . . .when I met Melissa and began having regular facials I knew she had an extraordinary gift. Her knowledge of skincare is the best!

Serendipity is truly the best holistic spa in the area! Not only is it such a welcoming space, but you instantly feel at ease the moment you step inside. Mel (the owner & esthetician) doesn't just focus on treating your skin, but also takes the time to heal your body and soul. Her main goal is to always get to the "root" of the problem and will do everything in her power to help you. She's so knowledgeable and amazingly talented! I also love how much Serendipity supports other small businesses. They have an entire section in the spa dedicated to advertising other local businesses' hand made products. Mel also partners with a variety of local practitioners to host monthly events targeted towards healing, learning, or women's health. Everything about Serendipity and Mel is truly amazing!

Serendipity is totally different from other places I have tried. It is more than your average spa. Not only do you find exceptional skincare services but so much more. From the moment you walk through the front door of this space, a lovely energy immediately embraces your body, mind, and soul. I can definitely say that Melissa Poley, my esthetician, makes my skin the mirror of my soul. Treat yourself to a moment at Serendipity Spa, and you will thank yourself!

Melissa is the best! Her facials are effective but also relaxing. She had mastered her craft and is knowledgeable of all things skin- from the texture to the cellular level. It's a wonderful experience that I always look forward to!

From start to finish- simply the best experience! So happy I was introduced here and plan on returning several times to “treat myself”. She was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive! Highly recommend!! What I respected from her most was when she asked which skin care products I already used and helped me modify it to better fit my skin care needs rather than sell me a bunch of products. Very genuine and lovely place and person! Will be back!
