From the second I walked in the front door every one looked great, and they were all so friendly and professional. I saw Lisa Haynes for my procedure. I had never done anything cosmetic before so I was extremely nervous, but Lisa Haynes was super knowledgeable, and explained every step with great detail before we started which calmed my nerves right away. She then repeated each step to me as she was actively performing them. I knew i was in good capable hands. Very professional and time efficient. I HIGHLY recommend skin Iowa.
