Hanna was wonderful and so knowledgeable about a specific plan for me. I felt heard and comfortable to ask questions during treatment with and after with Meredith at the front desk. It was an all around great experience. I am going back for a Cool Peel in 2 weeks as part of my plan. I can’t wait!

Went for my first microneedling and it was fantastic! My nurse throughly explained the process and made sure i knew what the price of the treatment was before starting. She showed me many photos of before and after of different treatments and gave me a lot of options to choose from. I ended up signing up for the membership and look forward to continuing my self care at chapter! Also shoutout to the front desk receptionists they were so kind and friendly!

Hanna was absolutely amazing. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, and she created such a calm, relaxed environment throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the process. Alexandra is great with the laser! I’ve had a variety of great practitioners at Chapter but Alexandra is an artist with her laser procedures. Laser hair removal - especially in sensitive areas - can feel a little zappy, but Alexandra put me at ease and used techniques to make me as comfortable and pain free as possible- while not reducing the laser so I can actually get the best results I’m wanting. Highly recommend chapter and if you can get in with Alexandra - do it!!
