I had no idea what to expect and it was very inviting very comfortable . They answered all my questions and I had many ! My Hydro facial by Chelsea was amazing. I’ve not ever had a facial like that so in depth she explained each step of the facial and I am definitely looking forward to the next one. Chelsea is very professional very knowledgeable . I never felt pressured or rushed, and more importantly, I never felt pressured to buy their Products.

Jen is outstanding, she’s knowledgeable, listens and caring. She strives to give the BEST to each client! I will return!!

I have had many facials in my life, but this one was the best! Chelsea is amazing, and I felt completely relaxed while she was doing my facial. I feel great afterwards and plan to treat myself to this again real soon.

I had multiple ipls done at viva life spa in the last year great work I was pleased however, . Last June 2025 I had a scheduled appointment that I couldn’t attend bc I had gotten a swollen bruised face from my face running into a door in a place I’d never been :the carpet caught the door and it wouldn’t close and I unintentionally walked right into. As a result I couldn’t attend the Appointment I called times to report it and understandably become frustrated by the lack of communication by this business. In addition viva life spa was moving locations to over by the mullets in Norwalk iowa and I wasn’t made aware. So I called the old location and was told to just go to the new location by the old locations” secretary “ so I go to the new location and walk in and no one’s there but I just voices in the back so I being a client of over a year go back to try and communicate and set up an appointment. Chelsea and the owner both open there doors one says they’ll call me later but that was a lie and both Chelsea and the owner slam the doors shut about an hour later to my shock and ahhh I get a call from the Norwalk police department saying I’m trespassed !Absolutely ridiculous guys bad business the 2nd officer I spoke with agreed after hearing me out and truly listening about the misunderstand and bullcrap. So there you have it I was trespassed going to there location which was open as a customer. They claimed I went in banging doors lol this is a lie I paid them hundreds of dollars for their services and in the end I was treated like a criminal. At times I was frustrated by their terrible communication no call backs no communication. About broke my heart to be treated this way just taking the advice of the old location to visit the new. I unfortunately do not recommend this place they called 911 on me for absolutely no reason other than a misunderstanding and them being the one that misunderstood. I’ve already booked with another spa.
