I had an issue with a broken tooth. The staff got me right in! Extremely friendly and easy paperwork, met Andy, she is super nice and personable, then Dr. Roemmich came in, also extremely nice, explained all my options and made me feel very comfortable in my decision. I could not be happier with the quality of care, attention to detail, and service they provided! Thank you Alex and Ben!

They were so so so nice! I apparently have some dental anxiety (which I didn’t know before cause I’d never had a procedure needing local anesthesia) and last time when I got a filling I ended up getting sick, so I was worried when I learned from an emergency dentist over the weekend that I was gonna need a root canal. I contacted Dr roemmich’s office and they got me in for an appointment that week which was good cause I wanted it fixed asap! Even though I was anxious, their team helped me feel so comfortable and safe. I was able to get some of the laughing gas which I’d never tried before, to feel more comfortable. I felt a lot more relaxed and it was much easier! Everyone here is nice from the receptionists, to the hygienists, assistants, and Dr Roemmich of course! Even my first time getting the filling when I unexpectedly got sick and threw up, I was so grateful how kind and caring and empathetic they were to me throughout the whole thing, even though I’m sure someone getting sick through the whole thing isn’t like the best experience lol. But they made me feel like I wasn’t weird or a burden at all, which I appreciated so much and made me feel a lot less embarrassed.

I am fairly new to them but they have been nothing but patient and gracious. Services have been handled with a gentle hand and as painless as possible. Personable and caring staff as well. I am grateful to have found a wonderful place for my dental care coming from a very expensive and out of network dentists office they have been a breath of fresh air.

We used to go to a great dentist in Urbandale but decided to try a dentist closer to us when we moved to the Highland Park area. I am so glad we did! Dr. Roemmich is very kind and professional and the staff is always great. The office is always clean and has high quality standards as well. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this practice enough! Compassionate, gentle, non-judgemental, knowledgeable, skilled. Every person you deal with is professional and personable, from reception to the dentist and dental assistants. They are great!
