From the minute I walked into the doors of Grand Dental I felt welcome Tom and Mel B said good morning. I commented I nice the plants were in the waiting area. I had a very short wait then Mia took me back to my exam room. Dr. Dan walked in shortly after and explained what I could expect during my exam in detailed. Had X-ray done. Dr Dan came back in explaining what he found on the x-rays and next steps. Then Colete cleaned my teeth. Checked out with Mel B and Dan. If you want an enjoyable experience going to the dentist Grand Dentist is the place to go.

Update: The VA recently sent me to Grand Dental for dental work and clearance for a medical transplant. Dr Chad and his team redid fillings and crowns and cleaning for hours. They were exceptionally kind to open up their schedule and their work was smooth and painless. This cleared me at the VA for a necessary transplant. Thank you Grand Dental! Dr Chad, Dr Andy, and Dr Jori are top notch dentists who take the time to listen to their patients and explain things. The dental hygienists are genuine and careful. The office staff is professional and kind. I trust and appreciate them all.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Andy did a great job as well as his assistant. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I normally dread going to the dentist but Dr. Andy made it a good experience and I feel more comfortable going to the dentist now. I also liked that they have up to date technology and have a screen right next to the chair to show you images of your teeth.

Had a cleaning and filling replacement on Tuesday...best staff ever...you can honestly trust them with all your dental care. They are continually on the top edge of the technology...even teach at University of Iowa. How does it get any better! They will listen to your needs and concerns.
