They do great work. What they don’t do is communicate with you properly. I had a situation in which I couldn’t pay my bill right away. When I tried to call and talk to them about it and make arrangements They were not very helpful at all. As a matter of fact, I had an appointment and I called to verify , and they said that my appointment was canceled. It’s fine if you want to cancel the appointment, but you could have at least emailed me or called me and told me the reason why. I then sent an email telling them that I was not happy and to try to work out my old debt And they didn’t even call back. Terrible terrible customer service over a bill. Obviously, they don’t care about their customers unless you’re rich. I never had any issues before until I had a small bill. I said what I said. UPDATE- It’s been over 3 weeks now, still no response in reference to my bill and resuming service. At this point, I will never go back there. The way I have been ignored shows how they operate. You would think they would try to solve the issue.

I have had a fantastic experience at Country Club Dental, in particular Dr Fung. Every part of my procedure(s) were explained thoroughly and expectations set. All questions answered. The staff and assistants made me so comfortable. My last visit was having a reverse side filling replaced on a front tooth because it was chipping away and discolored. I walked away feeling so confident with the look of the tooth. White and bright smile. Thx to all! The hygienists are friendly and provide good reminders on tooth care. Best place!

I cannot say enough good things about Country Club Dental! From the moment you enter the door they are punctual, organized, friendly and provide a high level of service. Shelly, our dental hygienist, always does an exceptional job. You cannot go wrong with any dentistry here. They all ensure you are taken care of! I’ve had both Dr.D and Dr.Gray and have enjoyed both. Whenever I have a filling or any dental service beyond a cleaning, the dentist calls and checks to make sure everything is okay. I stand by Country Club Dental so much that I’ve now recruited my brother, husband and friends to go as well. 5 stars for sure!!
