PROS: This location is neat and clean and uses the most up to date methods for denture creation. The use of a 3d scanning of your gums produces the BEST results for dentures made that pretty much DO NOT require the use of sticky denture adhesives. Dr Keith was patient but did sometimes feel she may have been rushed during our short consultations. CONS: Since they use an out-of-town service to create your dentures, this leads to LONG wait times in between visits and the final product. I chose a shade based on the LIGHTING in the building, and apparently this did NOT turn out well since the final shade came out YELLOW. Make sure to chose a shade when asked that shows what the real color will be outside in the light if possible. I did complain but found I would have to pay out of pocket for a new set if I wanted a whiter shade. They DID however offer a discount if I go this route. All In all, I would recommend this dental office since they use state of the art methods in denture creation but it will take a bit longer for your set to be completed. BUT WELL WORTH it (as long as you ensure you pick the right shade to your liking.)

I had a deep cleaning done while i was pregnant and was told to come back in three months for upkeep. unfortunately i was unable to come back at said time as I had my baby early. When I did decide to come back i had an older gal with long gray hair begin my evaluation/ cleaning. At first I thought she was very kind until I opened my mouth. I soon became very self conscious. There were sighs that she tried to keep under her breath as she poked around. She then took a flossing stick and inserted it in between my teeth. She asked if I had struggled with bad breath and I said I hadn’t noticed but she was quick to respond “i can smell it” and proceeded to show me the plaque on the flossing stick. I embarrassingly nodded and let her continue to take measurements I think. Her attitude completely shifted and when she was done telling someone numbers, she got up and left without saying anything. I could hear her somewhere saying in a condescending tone that the procedure will need to be done again and sent someone in to explain which made it more confusing because the person she sent in didn’t really know what she was talking about because when i had left i then got another call that my insurance won’t cover what was just recommended. overall i won’t be returning and Im sure the business doesn’t care as I’m just another state insurance holder but for anyone with dentist anxiety i wouldn’t go here. They made me feel so incredibly self conscious.

My family had an absolutely fantastic experience at Capital View Dentistry! Dr. Marisa and Dr. Brett Jones are an incredible team—along with the other dentists and assistants! They were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease, especially with the kid section to keep our children busy. Dr. Marisa took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and was super attentive with our kiddos. She made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. We also loved that they were conservative with our care and not aggressive! We have a good plan in place to watch and monitor how our teeth are progressing. The office is clean, modern, and runs like a well-oiled machine. I actually left smiling (and not just because my teeth looked great). Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Our hygienist Carolina was absolutely amazing with my daughter today. I could tell right away she was in safe hands. Carolina noticed how nervous and scared my daughter was, and she took her time talking to her calmly, explaining every step, and creating such a comforting, safe space. I highly recommend Capital View Dentistry!

First impressions say alot and the first impression is that they view people as cattle. If you have assistance with your insurance you are expected to call first thing in the morning for a sameday appointment. Ignoring that people still have jobs and other obligations but still need Exams and cleanings without it being an emergency. So you are expected to call every day when you need the appointment even if its next month or in 6 months. Hoping they have an appointment then need to be prepared to drop everything for the appointment. Treating those who needed assistance like livestock and needing to bend to the whim of the practice is insane and why i would not reccomend them as the treatment during scheduling would probably carry over to the actual appointment.
