In November 2025, my grandfather was treated at this office by Dr. Winters and Dr. Pham, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I work in the dental field, so I understand what appropriate clinical care and professional standards should look like. Unfortunately, what we encountered raised serious concerns. Dr. Pham did not fully extract all of the teeth, and what appeared to be retained root tips were left behind following the procedure. This caused continued discomfort and required further attention. From a professional standpoint, this should have been properly addressed before completing treatment. Additionally, my grandfather was given dentures that he clearly stated he was not comfortable with. He expressed his concerns, yet they were still delivered without adequately resolving the fit and comfort issues. Patient comfort and proper fit are critical, especially for elderly patients. Beyond the clinical concerns, Dr. Winters’ demeanor was dismissive and arrogant. There was a noticeable lack of patience and compassion shown toward my grandfather. Clear communication and respectful treatment are essential in healthcare, and that standard was not met. Overall, the care and professionalism displayed during this visit did not meet acceptable expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office and strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate their options before seeking treatment here.

My dad recently went to this dental office for treatment, and unfortunately, his experience was very disappointing. After his extractions, he was left in significant pain and later found out there was still a root tip remaining. That should have been addressed during the initial procedure. No patient should leave a dental office still dealing with avoidable pain and complications. On top of that, he was not happy with his dentures. They were uncomfortable, and he did not feel confident wearing them. When someone is already going through something as difficult as extractions and getting dentures, comfort and proper fit should be a priority. In addition, when my father expressed concerns about the pain and discomfort caused by his dentures, Dr. Winter responded by calling both my father and his wife “idiots” and proceeded to contact the police. The officers then asked them to leave the premises because it is private property. However, they were paying patients seeking assistance, so this response is both alarming and unacceptable. It is difficult to believe this situation would have been handled in the same manner with a different type of patient. I strongly advise anyone searching for a dentist—especially for elderly parents or loved ones—to reconsider choosing this office. Our parents deserve compassion, dignity, and respect. They are the foundation of our families and our communities, and they should always be treated as such.

Wow. If you don't like going to the dentist, give Dr. Winter and his team just one chance.You will like going to the dentist after just one visit. My previous dentist saw cavities and issues with my wisdom teeth and said "lets keep an eye on that". Dr. Winter said "I'm going to get rid of your cavities and refer you to a oral surgeon to get wisdom teeth our ASAP!" What a difference. He and his team are amazing and I look forward to visiting them. You should give them a visit too.

I just started coming here recently after a couple years of slacking off and not going to the dentist. I needed a decent amount of work done and I was terrified but I couldn’t be more impressed with this entire staff! Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, the dental assistants, and of course Dr. Winters are absolutely amazing. Truly fantastic, funny, and lovely people. I’m a scaredy cat when it comes to needles and dental work but Dr. Winters has a gentle hand and does great work. I would’ve never thought that a couple root canals could go so well. Thank you everyone for helping me get my teeth healthy again!
