Chad and staff are always outgoing, pleasant and professional. Today's cleaning with lots of xrays was very thorough. Two years ago I had a molar robotically implanted and had an excellent outcome! Highly recommend them!!

Dr. Chad and all of the staff are excellent. Amaya was very helpful when I was first setting up my appointment and trying to get records sent over. She also answered any questions about the process & products used at the clinic. Heather took me back for my first appointment and was very kind and listenend to my needs & concerns. Shanda was awesome as well. She was thorough, patient, kind, and made sure to accommodate my specific restrictions. Dr. Chad was thorough and kind as well. I never say this but I look forward to my next cleaning appointment!!

Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. Dr Chad asked good questions about the specific tooth I was having issues with. He didn’t talk to me like I’m a 3rd grader and scold me or try to make me feel bad about my lapse in dental care. Told him I was curious about implants and was like “well, yeah! Let’s get you scanned and I’ll map out what we’d have to do and I’ll write it up so you can see what it’d cost” I wasn’t even here for that. Took time out of his schedule (cuz I didn’t have an appt for that) and walked me thru it. AND the dental techs all have a great sense of humor!

I’m genuinely grateful for the way Dr. Chad and the entire Veranda team treat their patients. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, kind, and truly caring. They create an environment where you feel comfortable and respected, without any judgment. Dr. Chad takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel at ease every step of the way. This team goes above and beyond in every way, and it’s rare to find a dental office that combines such skill with genuine compassion and kindness. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Chad and his team more highly to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental experience.

Always a positive experience. Have terrible memories when I was a kid going to the dentist. Dr Chad and crew have taken the fear out of taking great care of my teeth. Shout out to Melissa, so kind and professional!
