Emergency Dentist Des Moines

I first contacted the emergency dentist line last year when I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away and took care of me and got me out of severe pain. Fast forward to this year I had my crown fall out and I knew who to call right away for the best care. I was able to get in right away. Their front desk staff is super kind , friendly and knowledgeable( the best service I’ve ever experienced) . They make me feel so comfortable . Their hygienist are caring and wonderful as well. Dr. Andris did my dental work and let me tell you he is the best ( I am very picky) he takes his time , makes you feel comfortable and does an excellent job!!!!! He truly cares about his patient’s.Between the front desk staff and the entire team this is the olny place I want to go! It is nice to see a business that takes such pride in the people they hire to work with their patients. I will be referring all my friends and family to them.

I just got here from Texas and I was having horrible pain, found out I needed two teeth extracted. I was terrified but nurse robin, Maria, MrsL and the amazing doctor made me feel so comfortable. I had the extractions done and I can say I was treated with care. They made sure I was feeling no pain. They are very professional, and the atmosphere there makes you calm. I really appreciate DR and the entire staff. I also came back for a post op appointment and everything was quick and fast I 100% recommend! Thank yall for everything

This location is main lobby of the Principal build. Or for current name 801 Grand building. My experience was very good. I made an emergency visit on a Saturday. It was a bit of a wait due to weather, but the procedure to have my tooth extraction was rather quick. They made sure I had extra Novocaine as I am a red head and was very thorough with post care procedures. They called in antibiotics for infection to my pharmacy. They called me the next day to check on my condition. Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband went in for a chipped front tooth on January 25th. He had to have Anterior Resin Composites on both the front teeth. Two days later on January 27th, while eating salad for dinner they fell out. I called and left a message on their voicemail and they called back the next morning. They said that they had no appointments available until Friday. I told her that he cannot wait until Friday. That it was uncomfortable and looked bad. She said she would have the office manager call us to see what they could do to help us because of having to go to a different dentist since there was no appointments available until Friday. Meanwhile, my husband was able to get into our dentist on Wednesday morning and had it fixed. The office manager called on Friday and said, he should have waited until Friday. That they were not giving us any refund of money (paid $996.80 and insurance only covered $300). That their work is not guaranteed. That he probably bit on something wrong. (He was eating a salad!) In short, low quality dental work that didn't last more than TWO days. I will never recommend this place and will make sure to let others know. They could have made it right but chose to leave the patient unhappy.

They were amazing and quick to reply and were able to help me get my root canal done the next day. I was experiencing pain like no other and I was lucky to find their office for a next day booking (a Sunday morning). I am one who has extreme anxiety and has had bad experiences with dentists overall. But I was fortunately that every member of the team was kind and took the time to understand my needs and work with me as the procedure was getting done. If you need emergency dental work done, I highly suggest going here! Even if you get bad anxiety, let them know and they will work with you. Thank you!
