Arkansas Laser Vision Correction

I had LASIK done here, and the results were absolutely life changing. I couldn’t be more pleased! The team is very friendly and helpful, and my main point of contact Aaron goes above and beyond for me. He makes sure that no question goes unanswered and makes communication and scheduling seamless.

Fantastic Experience. Dr. Pouly is seriously knowledgeable. After waiting to make sure my prescription was stable enough for LASIK, I was recommended Arkansas Laser Vision Correction and Dr. Pouly. The process was smooth and professional. The team, especially Aaron, do a fantastic job answering your questions and being there for you through the process. It's been 3 weeks since I had the procedure and I have no regrets. My eyesight is fantastic and I get to wake up and NOT search for glasses! Huge shoutout to Aaron and Dr. Pouly for everything. If you are thinking about getting LASIK or PRK done, stop thinking and just go in for consultation!

I had a PRK procedure done back in August of this year and wanted to wait until I had fully healed before writing my review. First, the team that I interacted with at Arkansas Laser is stellar. Aaron Garrett is extremely helpful and present, reaching out to check in on my recovery process and ensure that any questions or concerns that I had were addressed. Dr. Pouly conducted my pre-op assessments and performed the actual surgery. I'm not the easiest patient, and he was very accommodating in answering the litany of questions that I had before deciding to move forward. Dr. Pouly was thorough in determining if I was a good candidate for either LASIK or PRK, and very candid about the risks and benefits of each procedure. The procedure itself was quick with no pain and very little discomfort, much to Dr. Pouly's credit. The first few days post-op were incredibly uncomfortable, and my vision was extremely limited. I expected that, though, and was prepared. After the first week, the discomfort became manageable without any medication, other than the litany of perscribed eye drops, and I was able to manage most day-to-day tasks. Following the medication regiment that Dr. Pouly printed out for me was easy and definitely aided in my recovery. I did experience some double-vision for about 6 weeks following my procedure. That has resolved by this point, though, and as of today, I have 20/15 vision in both eyes with only mild light-sensitivity to deal with. My eyes are healthy and I have no lingering discomfort. Overall, this whole process has been excellent, and I would highly recommend Arkansas Laser to anyone considering corrective surgery!

The actual procedure was quick and surprisingly comfortable — I was amazed at how smooth everything went! The staff were equally wonderful — always welcoming, friendly, and supportive. Every appointment felt calm and positive, and I really appreciated how patient and caring everyone was, especially in addressing any concerns I had before and after the procedure. It’s been incredible waking up with clear vision and not having to rely on contacts anf glasses anymore. I’m so grateful for the entire team for making this such a pleasant and successful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone considering LASIK — it truly is life-changing!

Dr. Pouly and his team are awesome. I have been contemplating laser eye surgery for years. I ended up having to make the decision between PRK and LASIK, as I was a candidate for both. Dr. Pouly took his time explaining each one. He never rushed the visits. He is very professional and thorough. Aaron, the manager, is very knowledgeable as well. He guides you through the process and even personally reaches out for check ins. He is always available if you have any questions that come up before or after the surgery. Before my first consult I was nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable every step of the way and addressed any concerns that I had. I wish I would have done this sooner and I have no regrets.
