Practical Wellness Clinic

I’ll admit it — I was a little hesitant at first as a guy walking into a wellness clinic. I started with Vitamin D injections, then added Lipo-Mino, and before long I was doing vitamin IV therapy, massages, and spending time in the salt room. Now I go twice a week and even have a subscription because it has made that much of a difference in how I feel. Practical Wellness Clinic has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. The women who run it are amazing — professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely care about people. They’ve created a place that doesn’t just focus on treatments, but on helping you feel better physically and mentally. As a man, I think more guys need to know it’s not “just for women.” Taking care of your health, energy, recovery, and mental well-being matters. I feel better, think clearer, and have more overall balance because of this place. On top of that, they’ve become good friends, which says a lot about the kind of environment they’ve built. I can’t say enough good things about Practical Wellness Clinic. If you’ve been on the fence, go. You’ll be glad you did!

I've been going to Practical Wellness Clinic regularly for well over a year and love everything about it. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jennifer is who I'm in the most contact with and she is amazing! They make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I get regular IV's and massages. Shauna is an amazing massage therapist. I will continue going every week for their services to help feel my best. Thanks, ladies, for everything that you do!

I knew Mrs. Young (I know her as Ms. Bartlett) and Mrs. Dostert throughout nursing school. They were some of my favorite instructors! Now they have the best business that my family and myself can support!! I have been here for help with weight loss all the way to just getting pampered. This place is never open when they say they are. You can call and call and you'll get a text message back eventually. They switch labs product under GLP One. The last bottle was completely ineffective did nothing. Stefanie always says you need to exercise and eat below 50 carbs. She's not a doctor she's just a nurse. They never follow up with you and ask you how you doing. You have to constantly pay and bother them which it feels like to me because they're so hard to get a hold of you'll hear back from him about 4:to 5 8 hours maybe. Their GLP one is clearly ineffective I believe I only lost 10 pounds over the last 6 months on three bottles because I eat less maybe 1500 calories a day maybe 2,000 sometimes and it's not unhealthy food. The last bottle I bought at today changed their formula did nothing absolutely nothing not even a pound not even half a pound. Every 3 months she'll just ask you for another consultation tell you the same thing she told you before taking that $100 from you. I'm not sure how this place stays in business You can't just go up to the front door and they're open. Clearly disappointed with this place. It's just a place you go gave them your money an injection saline solution into your body since the medicine don't work

Stephanie is amazing! She truly wants overall wellness for you not just the physical aspect. She was so easy to talk to and made sure her recommendations were in alignment with my personal wellness goals. Being a Nurse myself it was nice knowing Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the treatments and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be recommending the practical wellness clinic to friends and family!
