Core Wellness allowed me to write my story for a better me and mental health in 2023. It began with their online Facebook ad that introduced me to gut biome testing, body rate metabolism measuring and creating a plan to my fat loss. The staff have been nothing but helpful, colorful and always serve with grace. Honestly if I never discovered this place I would have never taken action on my health. I would have never surrounded myself with like minded people who wanted me to help them, help me. Core Wellness definitely invites people who are financially minded and willing to invest in a better you. When you add up the cost of eating out and buying junk food for the house you basically could afford them at any time. I recommend this for anybody who wants to change their lives today!

Tisha and team are by far the best in town — I would even say even better than wellness clinics in Dallas or Nashville. Definitely schedule an introductory visit and you will be so glad that you did —whether it’s for pain management, to create healthier habits, or to help with weight loss and long-term health planning.

I have Asthma and developed an upper respiratory infection over the Holidays. Saw my PCP and was given steroids and 2 rounds of antibiotics. A friend suggested the hyperbaric chamber and it was easy to get in for an appointment. I had difficulty finding it but the staff was so patient and helpful! Definitely will be back! 5 ⭐️
