I want to start by saying this is not me calling this a bad business. There is a very real possibility that the day I came in was just unusually busy. From the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the woman at the front desk was very sociable and a pleasure to speak with. Overall, the staff were polite, kind, and professional throughout my visit, and I had no issues with how I was personally treated. My frustration came from the lack of clear communication and expectation-setting. I came in for a laser treatment for hyperpigmentation. I was taken back at my scheduled appointment time, a photo was taken for what I understood would be a before-and-after comparison, and numbing cream was applied. I was then told they would leave me in the room “for a bit” and that someone would be with me shortly. The issue was that I ended up waiting in the room for about an hour. When I finally stepped out to ask when someone would be coming in, I was told that the numbing cream takes about an hour to work and that I still had around 15 minutes left before they would see me. I do not think I would have been nearly as frustrated if that had been explained clearly from the beginning. Being told upfront that the numbing process would take about an hour would have helped set the right expectations. My other concern was that no photo was taken at the end of the appointment, so I was left confused about how the original photo would be used for a before-and-after comparison if no “after” photo was ever taken. I hope this is received as constructive feedback, because that is truly how I intend it. Again, I am not trying to criticize the business unfairly or take shots at anyone. I am simply sharing my honest experience as a first-time patient in hopes that communication can be improved for future clients.

Dr . Cunningham and her staff are amazing professionals. She answers all of my questions in a manner that I understand. She tells me my options for treatment and explains the setbacks and/or the benefits of each one, then works with me to find which one is best for me. They are kind and courteous and they don’t rush your appointment. I always leave her office feeling well informed and knowing I’m in good hands with my doctor and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Cunningham and her staff from the nurses to the front desk ladies.

Everyone in the clinic was so kind and attentive. Dr. Mimi was considerate, kind and supportive. Her nurse was a true gem! I am grateful for the care they gave and look forward to going back in the future! I appreciate being listened to, understood and believed.

Meagan is incredibly kind and welcoming, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. She took the time to help me find makeup that perfectly matched my skin tone, and her knowledge of cosmetics and skincare really shows. I truly recommend visiting her if you want expert advice and a wonderful experience.

Very friendly staff. I was greeted immediately and waited only a few minutes before I was taken back to my exam room. My PA Mimi Hill did not keep me waiting. She was professional yet easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend Premier.
