I was gifted a holiday package from my wonderful and generous co-workers. I enjoyed the sauna, facial, and massage- all were amazing!! 🧖🏼♀️💆🏻♀️ The team at Ava Bella are so kind and professional. I was impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness, and smooth flow of each service rotation. I WILL be back. Also, special shout out to aesthetician Sydni and massage therapist Julie. They were so sweet and did a phenomenal job. I can’t wait to return 🎉

I wish I could give 6 stars but Google only allows 5. I have been to many high end spas but Ava Bella is absolutely the best spa I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with lightest fresh fragrance that tells you, you are in the right place. The staff immediately greets you and welcomes you to sit and relax while they get your aesthetician or massage therapist. You are quickly taken back to your private room. I get a discount on my hydro-facial because I signed up for their monthly membership. If you don’t have a membership, you are missing out. Their products have helped my rosacea tremendously. I don’t have enough good things to say about their entire staff, especially the owner. They all remember my name and make me feel like family. Thank you Ava Bella.

This visit was a Christmas gift from my dad for both my mom and me, which included a massage, facial, and lash and brow services. I was the one who booked the appointment over the phone in early to mid-December and clearly stated the services we wanted. The receptionist repeated them back to me and took payment at that time. On the day of the appointment, I acknowledge that I should have double-checked the booking at the front desk, which is partly my responsibility. The massage itself was relaxing with no major complaints. However, when it came time for the facial and lash/brow services, I was informed that we were booked only for tints and not the lifts/lamination that I had requested and believed were confirmed. While this appeared to be a backend booking issue rather than the esthetician’s fault, there was no effort made at the front desk to address or clarify the discrepancy. My main concern was whether my dad paid for services we never received, and the receipt confirmed that the lifts were never actually booked. My mom enjoyed her experience overall and had no complaints, which I’m glad about. My personal experience, however, was different. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have both received and performed these services, so I am familiar with industry standards. While I understand that techniques vary by provider, the facial felt extremely light in pressure, to the point where it did not feel effective or relaxing. Product removal also seemed incomplete, as residue remained on my skin throughout the service. The lash tint was fine, though I was primarily looking forward to the lift. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the brow tint. No shaping was offered or discussed, and tint was applied to all brow hairs including one further leaving a thick caterpillar shape without consultation. Additionally, residue was left on the skin, and when I asked if it could be further cleaned up, I was told it could be wiped off at home, seemingly due to time constraints before the next appointment. I understand that schedules can run behind in the service industry, but I believe services should not feel rushed or incomplete, especially at the price point. I left feeling that the value did not align with the cost of the services I received. While my mom had a positive and relaxing experience, including additional elements during her facial, mine lacked consistency by comparison. I think a salon or spa should prioritize consistency among providers offering the same services, so clients can expect a similar level of quality and experience regardless of who they see. I am not trying to disparage the esthetician, but from one service provider to another, I feel there is room for improvement in communication, technique, and overall consistency. This review reflects my personal experience, and I recognize that others, including my mom, may have a different one.

I have been coming to Ava Bella for just a few months and every time I go it’s an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I saw Tracy for my very first professional massage and he was absolutely amazing. He gave me tips On how to get the best experience for myself. I have since seen Shawn for my messages who is also wonderful. He’s friendly, caring, and makes you feel very comfortable. I went today and got a 90 minute deep tissue massage, but I also got a brow lift and tint with Stephanie. She was absolutely wonderful. Very sweet and her work was spectacular. I wish I had gotten a before picture of my brows, but here is the after. Overall the staff is amazing here. Thank you Ava Bella 🖤.

I was very impressed with how the salon handled a scheduling error for our party the week before Christmas. We all make mistakes, but the measure of a company is accepting responsibility for and fixing the mistakes we do make, which the salon did in spades! Massage was great, too! Highly Recommend!
