Truly the best massage I have ever had. A spa experience is nice sometimes, but when I want a massage I want hands on the whole time. This is exactly it. No hot coals, no towels or masks or whatever. Just deep tissue and realignment. I feel great.

I love the location, with great parking, and a warm feeling when you enter. It has a calming vibe as soon as you enter. The services are amazing and relaxing. Everyone is so nice, caring, professional, and will make anyone feel at home. This is your serene, peaceful place. Today I treated myself to the Rejuvenation Package for my birthday. This is the first time I have been to Novah and Lam was my massage therapist. I have to agree with all of the positive reviews others have left of Lam. She is an AMAZING massage therapist. She focused on some serious problem areas for me and I can feel a huge difference. It was very obvious to me that she really knows what she is doing. I not only appreciated that she wanted me to have a relaxing experience, but that she also wanted to remedy issues that have been causing me pain and discomfort. Everything was so relaxing and I almost fell asleep. Lam also has a wonderful personality. I felt instantly comfortable with her and found her very easy to talk to. I will definitely be back to see Lam, she is wonderful.

This was by far one of the best massages I've had in a very long time. I was able to tell her what issues I was having and she was able to work on those areas. The spa was very clean and relaxing. Apparently this spa has been there for 20 years and the people who work here enjoy what they do. It definitely shows after the services that I received. Also the prices were very reasonable for the services. You can use the app Vagaro to make your appointments for the services that you want. It was super easy to use. I'll definitely be going back.

Best massage I have ever received, and I have been getting massages for decades. Lam is so knowledgeable and gifted. I wish everyone could experience a massage from her. I get one every time I am in town. It is a full body transformation and reset.
